NEGOTIATION WHILE YOU WORK WITH A START UP WHO DON'T HOLD THE LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE MANAGING PEOPLE AND ONLY THINK ABOUT SHORT -TERM PROFIT. "BEING EXTROVERT TO INTROVERT"

Have A Good Day Everyone.
Today I Will Share A Experience Of Mine Dealt With Some Unfavorable Moment.
There Was a Time  Due To Some Reason I Had To Relocate Myself To Home Town To 
Support My Family And I Quit My Last Job Where I Was Worked As A Key account Manager.
   
             After Spending Sometime At Home For Approx 3 Months I Realized Why Not   To Look For Something In Near To Home Itself Which Could Help Me To Support My Family And Earning Both.Meanwhile One Of My Childhood Friend Called Me And Asked To Join A Start Up Who Has A Big Dream To And Vision To Start A Company But He Was New To It So He Hired Some Professionals Who Already Worked In This Domain But They All Left Due To Xyz Reason Like Less Perks,Culture And You Can Say They Didn't Find Them self To Adjust In To The startup.

First Time When I Met The Person Who Has This Dream I Observed Him Very Polite,Supportive.One More Person Experienced Project Manager Was There Who Suppose To Leave Soon But He Interviewed Me And Finally We Were Agreed To Start Working Together.The Day I Joined, It Was Totally Messed Up Because It Was A Start There Is No Sop'S Nothing  Set To Run The Pilot Project.
So I Stared This Project From Scratch.I Can'T Say That I Am Alone But The Person Who Look After It Was A Investor And In My Opinion The Perspective Of "Investor Is Only To Earn   Money From Their Investment " Unfortunately He Thought To Start A Company From This Mindset.I Can'T Say That His Expectation Was Wrong Because Later I Came To Know That He Also Started His Carrier From A Job And With His Little Experience He Wanted To Use To Built A Empire Because Of His Good Financial Back Support And,i believe he is not only investor so i call him  "entrepreneur" want to Make People Money Making Machine ".He Also Did Everything To Best Of His Knowledge,But Everyone Has Some Weakness Which Doesn't Allow Them Grow In Long Term And To Gains Some Knowledge Which Allow Them To  Perform In Unfavorable Moment.I Pointed This Out Because I Feel This Moment And I Am Helpless To Express  My Vision.Might Be I Did'T Gain That Level Of Trust From Them because of their overconfident nature .Some How My Professional Nature Also Doesn't Allow Me To Cross My Boundaries
Still i managed to cope with this situation.

By the time, I Strongly Feels Clear Communication And Openness 
Has That Ability To Work In This Situation But Again Level Of Trust Is Required in Unprofessional Culture Where One 
Can't Do Anything Might Be This Is The Only Root Cause I Find Due To This All Project 
Managers And Mangers Left the startup.



Nevertheless,I Still Continued And Thought To Control 
My Emotion And Started Justifying My Role.Now ,I Had A Very Clear Mind Set To Understand The Person Without stretching Him. I Also Controlled My Emotion To Expressed My Innovative Idea's To Myself.Now,It Looks Pretty It Will Not Last Long I Knew It Because
There Is A Saying "Its Better To Use Good Time And Better To Get Ready For Worse To Deliver Best And Sustain Yourself." As You Can See I Wrote Some Article In My Blog On Performance Optimization And Time Management  Also.


People Management Is Not That Easy As It Looks Because One Have To Understand Other
Person First ,Their Mindset,Nature,And Act Accordingly To Achieve The Goal.
I Will Share My Next Post On This Topic Only "People Management".
